Starting with a structure from the 1990s, ETERNO had a chance to create a modern floor plan. This involved removing walls, adding a spiral plaster staircase, and replumbing. The clients wanted an open kitchen with modern finishes for family gatherings, which is visible from the living room and bar. The primary suite was moved to the second floor to increase closet space and enlarge the bathroom, with new carpentry for the closet and a stackable washer/dryer unit included.
