Throughout his career, Juan has worked in tandem with clients to understand their desired aesthetic, budget, and timeline. Juan’s strength in a project is managing client expectations, coordinating scheduling with trades, and communicating with each project’s designer to execute finishes according to specifications. The open dialogue amongst project team members – from the architect to subcontractors and design team – paves the way for a successful, beautiful project. As a testament to his work, Juan has many repeat clients and references, who have enjoyed his custom-built homes.

Throughout Juan’s professional career, he has developed management skills utilized on-site, often balancing with ease over ten projects simultaneously, all in different stages of construction. Juan’s preferred subcontractors have been working as a team for over 8 years, demonstrating their ability to fabricate and install different styles of design. Juan has a vast understanding of materials, using only higher quality products that endure the test of time and wear. At his last employer, Juan constructed over 90 custom homes and remodels.

When he is not at work, Juan enjoys exercise, running, spending time with his family, reading, and trying new restaurants. Juan has lived in Houston for most of his life.
