I have a project in mind. How do I get started with ETERNO?

  • Please email info@eternobuildershtx.com to schedule a consultation call. Once initial scope is defined, ETERNO performs a site visit and provides a budget quote. The site visit also determines whether an architect and/or designer is needed for the project.

Does ETERNO have an in-house architect?

  • ETERNO does not have an in-house architect. However, ETERNO has worked with several reputable architects in the Houston area. ETERNO thoughtfully refers clients to their architect contacts, dependent on the project.

How long will my project take?

  • Project timeline is dependent on the scope of work. New construction typically spans 7-8.5 months, depending on size of the home. Remodels or additions to existing structures can take up to 6 months. Several factors affect construction timeline including, onboarding of architect/designer, permitting through city, weather, availability of materials, finalized finish selections, and financing nuances.

Do you allow clients to engage their own trade contacts?

  • No, ETERNO only works with their own trade contacts. The relationships with ETERNO craftsmen have been cultivated over many years, producing beautiful, successful projects, that are on-time and within budget. This ensures that clients receive the highest quality work in their homes.

Can I bring my own designer to the project?

  • Yes, ETERNO has worked with professional design firms on several projects. ETERNO also offers design services to assist with selection and ordering for all finishes and materials.

What is your price per square foot?

  • Price per square foot is dependent on the scope of work, level of finish, materials, and the desired end-product.

Can I live in my house during an extensive renovation?

  • No, ETERNO does not recommend clients to live in spaces that are being extensively remodeled. At some point in the process, the house is uninhabitable. It is common during the remodel process to experience dust, loud noise, and fumes.
