Salford Drive

ETERNO was tasked with the challenge of attaching a new structure to an existing footprint, all while not disrupting the existing floor plan. This was achieved by maximizing additional space on the first floor and constructing a new second floor. Overall, the addition totaled roughly 1400 square feet, including a new primary suite, expanded laundry room, two additional guest bathrooms, an office, and family room.
